People science is the practice of examining how people think, feel, behave and learn — and it’s embedded into everything we do.

Olá, I’m Cristina Tulcidas. I am passionate about cross-collaboration and keen on learning more about neurodesign. My focal point of interest lies in ethical design, emotional behaviours and cognitive psychology, alongside talking about what it is like working inn tech-teams from a designers’ perspective.

Over the past +6 years I’ve poured her heart into a few startups and worked at a handful of great companies like Tutteo, AI Coaching and Opera. helping them build meaningful and valuable SaaS B2C and B2B products across Web And Native (Android & iOS) Apps. Most recently, I’ve joined Local.Foundation this February on their mission to revolutionise the community building industry business. When I am not lost auto-layouting the hell out ot every frame on my Figma project files, you can find me in-between weightlifting at home or at the gym, running through the amazing Algarve sunsets by the beach or competing across the Portuguese courts of paddle tennis for the Vilamoura Ténis & Padel Club.
